Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I book a class?
    You can book your class by logging into our website.
  • When can I book a class?
    Our booking window opens every Sunday at 12pm, and you can book your classes 2 weeks out.
  • Can I choose my own spot?
    Yes. You can choose your own spot in all of our classes. However, we reserve the right to reassign your spot to ensure every guest experience is the best it can be, and your instructor can support you.
  • What if the class is full?
    Join our waitlist! By doing so you are agreeing that you can take class should you get in. You will receive notice via email no later than 60 minutes before class start time. Additionally, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.
  • What happens if I don't get off the waitlist?
    You will receive a refund of the credit to use for a future class.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    In order to provide a great experience to all our riders we ask that cancellation of any class be made 12 hours before the scheduled class time. In the event you cancel within the 12 hour window, a loss of that class credit will occur.
  • Do you offer private classes?
    Yes! Please reach out to us at to book your private class.
  • What if I am late?
    Available spots will be given to waitlisted guests 2 minutes before the scheduled class time. Once class has started late arrivals will not be permitted past the first song.
  • Do I need special shoes?
    Yes. Our bikes are SPD compatible and you can rent a pair for $2 at the front desk. Cycling shoes are required for the safety of the rider.
  • Can I book for a friend?
    Yes! However, we will need your guest to sign a liability waiver before they can attend class.
  • Do I need to bring any equipment?
    No. Everything you need for class will be provided for you.
  • Do you offer water?
    Yes. We carry Boxed Water is Better and it can be purchased at the front desk for $2 plus tax.
  • I have never taken a cycle class. Will I be okay if I am a beginner?
    Yes! All class are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 1300 South Frazier St, Conroe, TX 77301 in the Frazier Business Park in suite 316. While the address is Frazier St you will need to turn down Enterprise Row to access our suite. Our suite faces Enterprise Row and parking is available along the curb in front of the studio, and there is limited parking in the parking lot.
  • How early should I arrive?
    First time guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time. This allows our staff you checked in and set up on your bike.
  • What options do I have for purchasing classes?
    We offer single classes, and 5 and 10 Class Packs. Check our class packages to purchase.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes! We offer a discount to the following groups: Military and First Responders Students and Educators Fitness Instructors Please visit us in-studio, or email us at to learn more.
  • What if I am pregnant or just had a baby?
    Please consult with your doctor before so that you can make the best decision for your body. Many pregnant and postpartum women cycle. Our instructors provide clear instructions for riders, and classes are accommodating to all fitness levels.
  • Is there an age requirement to take class?
    We require riders to be at least 16 years of age. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or gaurdian must complete a minor waiver for you.
  • Can I bring in my phone or smart watch?
    We ask that you store your phone outside of the cycle room to protect the environment for everyone in the space, including you! If you need someone to manage any emergency-related calls for you, our front desk staff will be happy to assist. Apple watch/fitness watches are welcome on silent/theatre mode.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes! You can purchase a gift card here.
  • Do you have an app?
    Not currently, but it is coming soon!
